I Have Chiari Malformation Type 1 With Symptoms For 16

I have chiari malformation type 1 with symptoms for 16 years now. In the last 2 years I have developed hypertension and am taking losarten 100 mg. I am 43 years old and have had EKG ,ct scan of the heart done and all is normal. I also have fast heart rate (90-130 BPM) which I am sure is chiari related. My doctor has now heard a murmur, can a murmur be chiari related a well since I have never had one before.
