I Have Chills Across My Upper Back Even When The

I have chills across my upper back even when the room is +70d and I have a tingling sensation in my hands and feet. Most in the palms of my hands and the toes of my feet. The tingling sensation radiates from my shoulders and hips to my hands and feet.
I have arthritis in my C2-T1 joints and take Norco. I can manage the above symptoms by taking a scheduled dose of Norco. I am 70/male with COPD, severe clinical depression and sedentary. I am also under professional care (VA) for GID (MtF)
