I Have Chronic Allergies And Asthma, I Nearly Always Have

I have chronic allergies and asthma, I nearly always have a stuffy nose sometimes to the point that I can't smell or taste anything. I've taken allergy RX for years and had sinus surgery 3 times. I started using Flonase and now I have nose bleeds, It seems to relieve the allergy symptoms, but I get horrible headache and nose bleed after using Flonase, could I be allergic to it. or is it possible that it's just cutting thru the congestion and opening up raw passageways?
