I Have Chronic Allergies And Mucus Drains Down Back Of

I have chronic allergies and mucus drains down back of throat overbite. I have been taking antihistamines ie eye drops nose spray bisolvon and tablets. Nothing is working to clear it up. I cough up mucus during the day especially mornings to try and clear throat. I worry about it settling in my lungs? Any suggestions.
