I Have Chronic Allergies And Struggle With My Sinuses And

I have chronic allergies and struggle with my sinuses and fluid in my ears. i recently helped my son move into an apartment that had a stronger smell kinda like old wood to me and it flared my allergies up but now my lymph nodes in the back of my neck are swollen and kinda feel uncomfortable can this be caused by sinus infection and irriatated allergies that have made my ears have fluid?
