I Have Chronic Back And Neck Pain. I Just Had

I have chronic back and neck pain. I just had a nerve conductivity testing on my upper extremities. It showed extensive nerve damage but also muscle wasting. I have lost a lot of mobility in my hands the last six months. They are concerned. Do you think it is all great m my neck problems or some other underlying problem ?
