I Have Chronic Bronchitis, Currently Using Rescue Inhaler Only. Should

I have chronic bronchitis, currently using rescue inhaler only. Should I use Incruse Ellipta, or Anoro Ellipta. I cannot use steroids. I have cataracts and recent torn retina surgery which I am convinced was caused by using Symbicort for two years. Primary care phy gave me Incruse to try but I am not confident with his research or lack thereof thank you
