I Have Chronic Cervicitisis With Ulceration In Biospy Report. I

I have chronic cervicitisis with ulceration in biospy report. I have taken some injections and medicines such as Totalees, for 1 month Doxysafe 100, metron 400 as prescribed by doctor for 7 days.

My question is
whether it is serious issue and is there chances of leading to cancer
Will it be cured permanently by consuming the above medicines or it requires biopsy test to be taken once again to check the status of the infections.
