I Have Chronic Insomnia And Find If I Don't Take

I have chronic insomnia and find if I don't take a prescription drug Ambien 10 mg nightly ,I am unable to sleep. I do not want to take any prescription as I take no other ones at all but find sleep is just a necessity and so am I needing to continue these always. I am in good health and exercise daily but have had this issue since age 50 and am now 60. I do experience migraines at times , infrequently and will use Imitrex 50 mg to alieve. Over counter natural dosages do nothing.
