I Have Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 But Am Having

I have chronic kidney disease stage 3 but am having some new symptoms and don't know if they are related or if the kidneys may be getting worse. For the last 3 days I have been itching all over. My urine is bubbly but the color is as usual. I usually eat heart healthy foods but have noticed that some may not be good for my kidneys such as avacados, kale, bananas, almonds, proteins. what should I eat for healthy kidneys?
