I Have Chronic Laryngitis And Saw Otolarology Doc Thursday. Saw

I have chronic laryngitis and saw otolarology doc Thursday. Saw regular doc 2 weeks ago and was prescribed 5 day course of prednisone and 2 week of Prilosec. Little better ( soprano that could only sing bass, but have some higher notes back). But still hourse so saw ENT doc. I am on nexus now for month and mucinex. But also gave me prescription of prednisone again. But for 20 days. (60mg 5 days...40 mg. for 5 days...30 for 5 days...etc down to 10 mg). ??? Is. I am on HCG diet this week and don't want to gain weight I have lost....what is lowest and shortest dose that I can take to get well, but not gain weight????
