I Have Chronic Leg, Ovary, Stomach And Back Pain And

I have chronic leg, ovary, stomach and back pain and the pain in my legs and ovaries is unbearable to the point where I have to take ibuprofen every day. My discharge always has a sour or chlorine like smell and my vulva is red and itchy but not unbearably itchy. It's uncomfortable to pee but doesn't burn. I have frequent issues win passing bowels because of their size and because they aren't soft stools. Sometimes I get a burning sensation in my nipples and just below my stomach. As time goes on it gets worse. I went to the doctor months ago and he said I had a slight yeast infection and bladder infection but the pills he prescribed didn't change anything and now I'm feeling way more pain. What could this be?
