I Have Chronic Migraines At Least 3 A Week. I'm

I have chronic migraines at least 3 a week. I'm getting Botox shots for them about. 3-4 yrs I had 3 small strokes.
Today I'm having a high pulsing pain on. Right side ( same side as migraines ) the pain today last about 2 seconds to 5 seconds apart. I got scared and swallowed 2 reg aspirin should I be concerned? I'd say the pain is between 4-5
