I Have Chronic Migraines, Have For Years...now It Seems They

I have chronic migraines, have for years...now it seems they are related to my hands and arm going numb! Today is a day as such...i almost have no motor skills in my hand to type this....is this a pattern or symptom of something larger? Migraines are bad enough!
