I Have Chronic Osteomyelitis Of The Jaw And A Huge

I have chronic osteomyelitis of the jaw and a huge about 6mm oral antral fistula which has failed 4 surgeries. What else do canning for for i cannot even find someone to make an obturator I have now noticed pieces of bone coming from my gums and palate.
