I Have Chronic Pain In Neck, Shoulders, Hips And Shin

I have chronic pain in neck, shoulders, hips and shin areas of my legs. The pain meds I take do not work, and I feel I need something stronger so I can get through the day and have a productive life. I'm depressed about this getting worse, and I am tired all the time. I am 65 yrs. old, and will do whatever it takes to alleviate the pain. Any recommendations? Thank you.
