I Have Chronic Pain Under The Left Side Of Jaw

I have chronic pain under the left side of jaw toward my neck. It hurts when I turn my head. It causes my voice to be a little different and my throat on the left side hurts when I swallow. My throat is a little soar but not much but it only on the left side. It feels as though there is a blockage or as though it's swollen but in
Side of my throat when I swallow.But my glands are NOT swollen on the outside of neck. Glands feel pretty normal outwardly. Today, I also experience pain on my hand part of thumbs.
