I Have Cirosses,varicies,hepatatic Encolapathy,hane Bands Around Esophogus Diagnosed At 45

I have cirosses,varicies,hepatatic encolapathy,hane bands around esophogus diagnosed at 45 now 49.I have trouble sleeping,no appetitte,chronic fatigue,body just hurts everywhere,just been a nightmare.Relapsed twice but have been sober 8 months now.I really like my doctor she says she will get me better if I hold my end up.Any advice would be greatly aprecciated.Respectfully,Matt Leary
