I Have Cirrhosis Of The Liver Because Of Alcohol Abuse.

I have cirrhosis of the liver because of alcohol abuse. I was diagnosed 1 year ago and stopped drinking. After a year my ultrasound showed shadows and I am now going for ct scan. From my understanding my liver has not changed and is fatty. Is this a sign of cancer? Also my liver enzymes are not going down and I don't have hepatitis c.
