I Have Cirrhosis Of The Liver Would BC Powder Be

I have cirrhosis of the liver would BC powder be bad for me( one package ever 24 hrs) for a head cold ,congestion, running nose and weeze chest. If it is would you recommend anything?? Ty ex-heavy drinker, 2 yrs sober. By the way the BC seems to help about 70%, the BC has expired 2010, does this weaken the e strength of BC??? joeplumber58@gmail
