I Have Clamps Done In 2005, My Periods R Usually

I have clamps done in 2005, my periods r usually 6/7 days.... I had sex the day I started spotting I ended up going for two days and my stomach has been bloaded out since... no my.tubes wasn't tide but.clamped can they come undone and is there a way I may b pregnant
