I Have Clitorial Desensitivity Brought On By Weight Loss. I

I have clitorial desensitivity brought on by weight loss. I had weight loss surgery Oct 2014. Lost 90 lbs. Had a Mirena IUD removed just prior to surgery as well. Since late 2014 I find it extremely hard to orgasm and basically have no sensation down there. In addition to that, I have compressed nerves in my breasts from the weight loss. All my pleasure centers have let me down after the weight loss. My family doctor and 2 plastic surgeons have no answers. This is not psychological. The only meds I'm on are Pantolac 40mg/day. I can get aroused, lubricate naturally, have a good libido, etc. I just can't get "over the edge". Any suggestions?
