I Have Cloudy Urine For At Least A Month, The

I have cloudy urine for at least a month, the urine test is negative for bacteria. The doctor at that time did not express any concerns. Some time times I feel tired and depressed without obvious reasons, I'd it something that I should be worried and visit my doctor again?
