I Have Cold, Fever And Cough For Last 3 Days.

I have cold, fever and cough for last 3 days. First day I took one cheston cold in day and night - total 3 tablets. Since fever was 100+ , so I stopped cheston cold and taken combiflam- one in day and one in night. Total 3 tablets. After combiflam fever goes away. But cold is causing problem. Can I take cetrizine + combiflam.
