I have cold hands and feet all the time. My TSH is 5.25. I have a metallic taste in my mouth, i can’t lose any weight even though i exercise 4-5-6 times a week and eat a healthy diet. I have joint pain in knees. I have insomnia and take 15mg of temazepam to sleep. I am always tired. I feel like there is something wrong but i don’t know what it is
