I Have Cold Sensation Coming Down To My Left Arm,

I have cold sensation coming down to my left arm, both of the legs and also in my chest for the last few days. It comes on and off. I also have some mild breathing difficulty that wakes me up at night sometimes. Also, little discomfort in swallowing as if I have mild sore throat (when there is none).
I suffered from bloating and burning chest pain since the end of January. Did Endoscopy, two CT-Scans (lungs) and one MRI (liver and spleen), Heart ECG and EKG. Also did blood tests, urine and stool. Every result was fine.

Am I having any neurological problem or anxiety attacks? Any help is appreciated.
