I Have Colitis. Dont Know The Type Was In The

I have colitis. Dont know the type was in the hospital. Dr said my body had shut done. Sent me home to die. Weighed 94 lbs After eating well for 3 wks I still weigh 94 lbs
.Also the diarrah has started to return.
Is there anythig more can be don be for me? Or am I hopless ?
