I Have Collagenous Colitis And Am Usually Well With 1mg

I have collagenous colitis and am usually well with 1mg of budesomide a day. My initial symptoms are inconsistent with any literature. I feel like I have altitude sickness; lightheaded, nausea, headache, like I am goint to pass out so I must lie down. I do not have diarrhea, but 6-10 stools per day. Then I must take 3 pills a day for a while before I feel better. this has been going on for 5 years and my dexa scan shows osteopenia. I have seen two gastroenterologists with no recommendations.
