I Have Come Down With A Flu And Beside The

I have come down with a flu and beside the usual symptoms (fever, chills, aches and pains and headache and cough) I have a weird pins and needles feeling all down my back and sides...even down the back of my legs. Never felt this before. Is it just another flu symptom?
