I Have Come Down With Sciatic Pain , I Have

I have come down with sciatic pain , I have never experienced this before last Monday. Is it something I did ,I can't think of anything except lifting a vaporizer full of water and setting it down on the floor the evening before the pain started .I am 78 years old and in good physical health..
