I Have Complete Bloating Of My Entire Abdominal Area. Pain

I have complete bloating of my entire abdominal area. Pain and discomfort with waves of more severe pain. Nausea, frequent urination. Felt like I was going to explode with gas but could not move it at all. Could not lay, stand or sit in a comfortable position. Lasted for over 10 hours.
