I Have Completely Weaned Myself Off Tramadol But Of Course

I have completely weaned myself off Tramadol but of course I am having horrible withdrawals, i.e. headaches, anxiety, stomach pain, nausea, sneezing and insomnia. I am on day 6 and I am not going to go back to taking that horrible drug. My question is that now I have almost weaned myself off gabapentin. I was taking gabapentin for 1 year because of a double spinal fusion and now I am down to taking 300 mg every night. Can I stop taking it now since I have been taking the 300 mg for 1 month? I take alprazolam 0.25mg every once in a while for anxiety. How often can you take this before getting addicted?
Thank you
Susan
