I Have Compressing Disk's In My Neck Causing My Left

I have compressing disk's in my neck causing my left arm to go numb.... Now I'm starting to feel it in my left foot. Today I have felt fatigue, sluggishness and little unbalanced.... Have been having God awful not flash making me feel almost like passing out.... Is this something to be alarmed about?
