I Have Concerns About My Recent Bowl Movements There Normal.

I have concerns about my recent bowl movements there normal. My problem is when I wipe my self it seems like very shortly after I need to wipe or clean myself again. It's like I don't know how to wipe myself any more, is this a sign of a possible prostate issue?
