I Have Congestion From The Top Of My Nose To

I have congestion from the top of my nose to my throat; thought the freeze would get rid of it. Seems to be worse on the right nostril and right side of my throat. I've used flonaise and zyrtec to relieve some symptoms but have headaches daily and when I wake up
