I have congestive heart failure and a pace maker.. I have lost70 pounds of water with Lasix... lately I have bad itching on both sides of my chest. Neosporin has not stopped it. I weigh 200 pounds now and have swelling in my left leg which is lessening from compression..... q I s this itching related or just dry skin from dehydration
