I Have Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure, And Perifial

I have congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and perifial artery desease. I take lisinopril,
spironolactone, furosemide, lipitor, metopolol, aspirin, nitrates ,Isosorbid and tyylenol arthritis pain medication daily.
Some of these medications I take twice daily. I have had a tripple by-pass and two stents put into my heart. I feel worst now than I did before the surgery and the medication. Couuld any of these medications II'm taking be counter active with each outher??? YYYY@YYYY
