I Have Constant Discomfort On My Left Side Shoulder Blade,

I have constant discomfort on my left side shoulder blade, about the middle. It doesn't ease very often and is very uncomfortable. Nothing seems to help it but I don't have any other problems with it. It did come and go but for last couple of weeks there almost all the time
