I Have Constant Generalized Pain. Some Tactile And Most Deep

I have constant generalized pain. Some tactile and most deep muscle and joint. I get headaches daily almost migrain like which I never had before. The back OK my neck painful and stiff which I noticed in beginning of Jan. I can't take the pain which is all the time. I am on Neurotin for awhile now for neuropathy?? They keep increasing the dosage and just want to put me on Zoloft. I am frustrated and upset because the pain persists yet I am told I don't have fibromyalgia. Seriously??
