I Have Constant Headaches, Lightheadedness More Than Truly Being Dizzy,

I have constant headaches, lightheadedness more than truly being dizzy, ataxic gait, I do not sleep well - about 4 or 5 hours/night broken up in little pieces. When I lay down flat, my whole face swells and I have a lot of pressure feeling in the left side of my head, so I have to sit up to sleep or prop up on a bunch of pillows if I go to bed. There is always a pressure feeling in both ears but it gets worse on the left side if I lay down flat. My nose is numb. I have been to a lot of ENT doctors and they say - "you don't have an ear infection" and send me on my way - who can I go to in Oklahoma to find someone who can figure this out? My PT says I do not have BPPV based on testing. I have PMH of HAshimotos, Sjogrens and Arthritis - one doctor said RA and one said Osteoarthritis - I'm not sure of the arthritis type. I would appreciate any input you can offer . Beverly
