I have constant inflammation of anterior faucial pillars which is painful. Get recurrent pharyngitis. Sometimes it is associated with painful swallowing. It can exacerbate with having lime or vinegar sometimes. What are the possible treatment options apart from anti inflammatory and anti histamine?
