I Have Constant Paid In My Right Calf. I've Had

I have constant paid in my right calf. I've had it for a few months. There was no injury like a fall or twist. I spoke with my PA who gave me a script for Meloxicam and indicated I may have to take forever. I has not helped at all.
The pain makes it difficult to walk for any amount of time. Golf season will start soon and I don't know if I will be able to walk the course. I'm 69, female and have two vertebrae out of alignment which used to cause sciatica but I've been able to control with yoga.
Where should I start to find a solution. My PA, an orthopedic group, sports medicine?
