I Have Consulted A Neurosurgeon Concerning My Back Pain (I

I have consulted a neurosurgeon concerning my back pain (I previously had several epidural injections which controlled my back pain for a few years.). My diagnosis is severe spinal stenosis, degenerative discs, scoliosis of thoracolumbar spine. The neurosurgeon says that possibly water exercises, physical therapy (which I've had before) might help but ultimately I'll need back surgery to insert a rod in my back. He welcomed the idea of getting a second opinion. How do I go about getting the name of another neurosurgeon? Do I ask this current doctor for a name? What do you suggest?
