I Have Contact Dermititis Of The Eyelids With My Eyelids

I have contact dermititis of the eyelids with my eyelids being red, sometimes scaly and itchy and my dermotologist has given me Desonide cream .05%. It has worked in the past, but a friend told me that rhinocort nasal spray was the only thing that worked for her. Would this be something that might work for contact dermititis?
