I Have Continuously Been Sick Throughout The Year With The

I have continuously been sick throughout the year with the same symptoms. I am not sure if I have allergies, asthma or even bronchitis.
I usually have stuffy nose and or drainage at times to include headaches and sore throat. I have some cough episodes that produce thin clear flem.
there are rare moments when I get overheated after exercising in which I get a bad couch episode that causes me to feel short of breath, bring about a big headache and can cause wheezing in my chest.
what can be the cause?
