I Have Copd But I Have Been Feeling Dizzy And

I have copd but I have been feeling dizzy and want to throw up taste buds not good. Poor bowel moving. Dr.say stage 4 copd plus emphysem. Don't know what is causing this. Lots of pain all over. Pain and discomfort in right upper
Chest. Chills no fever. Already have shortness of breath. Going on now 2 weeks.
