I Have Copd It Was Stage 2 About 4 Years

I have copd it was stage 2 about 4 years ago I recently went to er from copd breathing probs a lateral chest ex ray was done no cardiomegaly no con consolidation or pulmonary edema no pleural effusion osses structures are intact they gave me steroids a shot breathing treatments an srip for zpack an steroids an inabalizer for my machine I ust to see a ild lung spealist I have had alot of CT scans over the years there are cornary artery clarification about three 3yrs ago on CT report mutable in large lymph nodes preatracheal malignancy can't be fully excluded my mom died of copd at 78 my dad died of black lung at 84 one of my brothers died of neck an throat cancer at 52 an also my other brother died of neumonia at 38 we were all smokers I been smoking sense I was 14 iam 47 now iam still smoking I know I must quit asap my neurologists said I had the lungs of a 80ty year old man do you think I need a CT scan again reason why is my chest on my heart side is really soar like a really bad bruise feeling wat is your opin
