I Have Corynebacterium In My Vaginal Discharge. What Concerns Me

I have corynebacterium in my vaginal discharge. What concerns me is that for two years in a row it appears in my cytology that I have an ulcer in my cervix. I also developed geographic tongue two years ago. I'm 5 moths pregnant of my second child. I'm scared this bacteria is debilitatin me. Could the geographic tongue be linked with this bacteria?
My vaginal ph is 6.0
