I Have Crohns And Have Had My Large Intestine Removed

I have crohns and have had my large intestine removed all biologic treatments have not worked. I have developed pancreatic problems now . I have chronic anemia and have had to get infusions now since 2004. I can't seem to find a good diet that doesn't tear me up any suggestions
