I Have Currently Been Diagnosed With Osteoporosis And Would Like

I have currently been diagnosed with osteoporosis and would like to take a vitamin supplement which includes Vit. C & D, Calcium, K1, K2-MK4& MR7 and Boran instead of Boniva. I am currently on RX's: Synthroid, Atenenol, and Amalodpine and take 80mg asprin, Turmeric and Vit. D. Is it safe to take the vitamin supplement?
